Interested in the whole range of delicious local meats our hillsides have to offer? We've partnered with the UC Davis Agricultural Extension to start the Sonoma County Meat Buying Club, a pilot program designed to bring members a variety of local beef, pork, and lamb, as well as other homegrown goodies that vary from month to month. The area's best chefs lend their expertise to help members get the most out of their meat. It's our version of Community Supported Agriculture — natural, sustainable, and tasty.
